Demolition time!

We signed in the morning of January 10th,  and in the afternoon we were breaking down walls! This was highly needed to get rid of the stress of the previous two days. We learned 36 hours before signing that according to the notary the IRS had not agreed to sell the fields surrounding the house, even though the preliminary sale agreement did include the fields!
It all turned out fine, but we were happy to play with the mallet!

 Eight cubic meter dumpster filled in one day... We found the treasure: 70 cents of francs!!!

Nous avons signé le 10 janvier au matin et l'après-midi nous attaquions les murs à la masse pour enlever le stress accumulé des dernières 36 heures. Le FISC annonçait à la notaire que leur accord de vente comprenait la maison mais pas les deux hectares de prés autour! Nous avions pourtant signé en septembre un compromis de vente qui les comprenait! Bref, tout s'est bien passé au final après deux nuits blanches de stress!
