New roof gallery and sanding. Nouvelle galerie et sablage

The old gallery has been replaced, we are now safe to enter the house, not that we felt unsafe before! There will be a bit of masonry to be done for a complete finish look, but it looks great.

L'ancienne galerie de l'entrée est à présent toute neuve, plus de risque qu'elle ne tombe! Il reste un peu de maçonnerie en finition, mais le toit est tout bon!

The wooden beams and stone walls have been sanded and look very clear now. We will have to do the joints later, but we are happy that all the hard work of removing the cement layer paid off.

Before and after sanding/avant et après le sablage:

Les fermes en bois et les murs en pierre ont été sablés, et nous sommes contents du résultat surtout pour le bois, tout est ressorti propre et bien plus clair. Il nous restera à faire les joints, mais notre long travail de décroutage de l'épaisseur de ciment a payé!
