or almost: all the tiling and painting is finished on the Chardonnay bathroom. Our two guestrooms in the house will be named after the two grape varietals found around our region: Chardonnay and Gamay. We have to make the wine barrel sink for this bathroom. Just a repeating job this time!

The carpenter are almost done inside the house and they are starting to put the outside wood cladding, which will change the look of the house drastically.

Le menuisier a presque fini à l'intérieur et attaque les bardages en douglas extérieurs qui vont radicalement donné un nouveau look à la maison, en plus de l'isoler.

We are both learning some finishing jobs: stucco made with lime and sand and repointing old stone walls.

Nous travaillons tous les deux pendant nos temps "libres": apprentissage de l'enduit fin de finition (sable/chaux) et mur en pierres vues.

As for the outside, the "boules" ground is good to be used again and we created a "Breton" standing stone half circle by the BBQ!

Pour les extérieurs, il y a encore du travail. Le boulodromme est à nouveau pratiquable et nous avons apporté une touche bretonne à notre barbeque: des menhirs en Bourgogne!

Our goats are getting more accustomed to their new home, they love Olivier's playgrounds and we tame them with ....food!

Quant à nos chèvres, elles s'habituent à nous grâce à la nourriture, quelle surprise! Elles nous font bien rire à sauter partout!
